Billing terms
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. Cancelling keeps your access until the period ends. Prices include applicable taxes where required. For anything billing related, write to support@theick.io or read the refund policy.

- What is included in a subscription?
- Tracking of up to 5 public Instagram profiles, hourly checks, push notifications for new follows and unfollows in both directions, follower and following history, and the gender breakdown of recent follows. The web app and the Android app share one subscription.
- Is there a free version?
- You can search any public profile and see a preview analysis for free. Continuous tracking and notifications need a subscription.
- Why is my price different from the one shown here?
- Prices are set per country. This page shows US prices by default and switches to your local currency when you browse from another country. The checkout always shows the exact amount before you pay.
- How do I cancel?
- Open Settings on theick.io and choose cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current period and you can restore the subscription before it ends. Android subscriptions bought through Google Play are managed in Google Play.
- Do you offer refunds?
- See the refund policy page for the current terms. Purchases made through Google Play follow Google's refund process.
- Which payment methods are accepted?
- On the web: credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe. On Android: Google Play billing.
